Mark has 20 years of experience in many areas of the law, including personal injury, landlord-tenant relations, insurance defense, family law, civil litigation, and employment law. In addition, he handles residential, multimillion-dollar real estate, commercial, and farm transactions. He has also practiced in the areas of estate planning and administration. Mark has argued cases before the Third and Fourth District Appellate Courts of Illinois. His representative clients include the City of Earlville and the Housing Authority for LaSalle County.
In addition to his private practice, Mark also currently serves as an Assistant State's Attorney for LaSalle County (Civil Division) and is a Thirteenth Judicial Circuit approved Family Law Mediator.
His professional associations include the LaSalle County Bar Association (Treasurer) and the Illinois State Bar Association (former Family Law Section Council member). Mark currently sits on the Board of Directors for Pioneer State Bank and previously served on the board of the Earlville Foundation for Excellence in Education.
Mark received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Aurora University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from John Marshall Law School in 1994. Mark is licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and has earned Bar admission to the United States District Court, Northern Illinois.
