Carolann J. Wackerlin-Temple grew up in the area and graduated from Marquette Academy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Texas A&M University and her Juris Doctor degree from Northern Illinois University. While only recently admitted to the Illinois Bar, Carolann has gained relevant experience in real estate, estate planning, probate, and business law while working as a law clerk and as a title clerk for Chicago Title.
Being raised on a farm, married to a local farmer and actively involved in her own farming endeavors, Carolann has a passion for agriculture. Her internship with the legal department of the Illinois Farm Bureau and her work as a research fellow for the National Agricultural Law Center exposed her to a wide range of legal issues, knowledge of which helps her better understand and represent all members of the surrounding rural communities.
