With 20 years' experience, Gina E. Having obtained her certification as a Nonprofit Professional in 2014, she can assist you in developing a nonprofit business, legal policy manuals, and training in compliance with the State of Illinois and Federal guidelines.

Gina was born in Ottawa, Illinois. She attended Illinois Valley Community College and the College of St. Francis before earning her J.D. from The John Marshall Law School. She is a member of The Illinois State Bar Association and serves as Secretary of the LaSalle County Bar Association, a member of State Representative Andrew Skoog's Women's Business Advisory Council, and Board Member for ActLocal Inc. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
